In the framework of light-cone gauge approach, bosonic and fermionic mixed-symmetry continuous-spin fields in AdS space flat are considered. For such fields, actions found. Realization relativistic symmetries spaces on is also presented. Simple realization spin operators With respect to vector variable entering for turn out be first-order differential operators, while, space, realized as second-order operators. By product, we obtain simple description triplectic fields.
